We need these details to ensure your order is filled and sent promptly, and in order to contact you about your order if required. Signing up also allows you to view product notifications, your order history, maintain a small addressbook and always know what's in your shopping cart, all online. You can edit your account details after logging in. Information you submit to us when you sign up is stored on our servers for the purposes of billing and order delivery. The email address you sign up with will be used only for those purposes. Should you wish to cancel your account simply let us know and your details will be removed. Security shop knowing your credit details are secure slimwear.com.au provides secure online facilities for credit card purchase of our products through paymate which is a Verisign secured Australian payment company based in Sydney, who also provide services for the ATO, National Australia Bank and EBay Australia. Paymate accepts Visa, MasterCard and BankCard. All transactions are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen. For more details on Paymate security click here. You do not need to sign up with Paymate to pay for your Slimwear order. However, Paymate charges a small fee to use their credit service, which is outlined here. Payments to Slimwear by non-credit methods do not attract any fees. You can also sign up to Paymate and Direct-Debit your order for free. I'm going through the checkout, where's the lock icon? The 'lock' icon will only appear on the Paymate payment screen. The Slimwear website does not require your credit details, and so will not be 'locked'. Note:The Paymate payment system is unavailable from 3:30PM to 4:30PM AEST every Thursday, which therefore means we cannot accept orders other than direct bank transfers during this hour.
