Due to health concerns, an exchange or refund will only be issued if the garment is received in its original condition, with all tags attached. Returned goods which appear to have been worn or washed will not be accepted. Refunds will only be made to the original credit card for the value of the garment. (postage cannot be refunded) Please contact us prior to returning / exchanging garments so we can organise a suitable alternative item. postage All prepaid orders are delivered in Australia Post Express bags ensuring the most speedy delivery. COD orders can only be sent to Australian addresses and via regular mail. Should the item be out of stock you will be notified when we process your order. All prices are in AU dollars. credit fees Slimwear.com.au currently offers 3 methods of payment: Cash-On-Delivery, Bank Transfer and Paymate Express. Bank Transfer fees are as per your banking institution. Paymate charges a small fee for use of their services. If you sign up to Paymate you can make a direct-debit transaction for $0.99 (incl. GST).
